StarCalc 是支援Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP的天象館星圖程式，能顯示地球上各點所看到的星空星球位置能以全天半天球或其他用戶自訂的大小縮放顯示，並且能旋轉、列印或螢幕擷取當夜星空。也能計算及顯示許多天體位置，最重要的是這是免費軟體(freeware)

程式值基於共通的"Plugin StarCalc "介面使得程式可以新增星表等模組作為本程式的外掛程式.

極為有效率的演算法使得程式即便在老舊電腦上也能於幾分之一秒內計算出星空的狀態
